أحدث حالة شركة حول Push-Pull Control Cables In Rail Transit-Core Auxiliary Components For Braking Systems

Push-pull control cables are practically applied in the rail transit field, mainly focusing on key scenarios such as train braking systems. With their characteristics of flexible transmission and resistance to environmental interference, they serve as important auxiliary components to ensure driving safety.

In the parking brake system of rail transit vehicles (such as subways, EMUs, and ordinary trains), push-pull control cables are one of the core auxiliary transmission components. When the train is in a special state without air pressure (such as fault shutdown, maintenance parking), it cannot release the brake by conventional air pressure. Operators can pull the parking release handle on the vehicle body, transmit tension through customized push-pull control cables, accurately pull the internal structure of the parking brake cylinder, and manually release the brake state to ensure the vehicle can move or be maintained smoothly. Such cables usually adopt a high-strength steel wire braided outer layer and a wear-resistant inner lining structure, which can resist vibration, dust, and temperature changes during train operation. Meanwhile, they can adapt to the installation needs of narrow spaces in the vehicle body, realize long-distance and non-linear power transmission, and avoid brake release failure caused by transmission jamming.

In addition, push-pull control cables are also used in a small number of auxiliary mechanisms of some rail transit vehicles, such as emergency opening devices for vehicle doors and angle adjustment of small ventilation baffles. Their core advantages lie in compact structure and stable transmission accuracy, which can complete simple push-pull control actions without complex drive mechanisms, balancing reliability and maintenance convenience, and making up for the power dependence of electric drive components in emergency scenarios.
